What do I need to book a car?
A valid driving licence and one government ID (Aadhaar, Passport, or Voter ID). Upload both from your account before your first booking — approval usually takes a day or two.
How does the security deposit work?
A refundable deposit is collected with your payment and returned within 72 hours of completing your trip, minus any deductions for damage or missing fuel.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. Cancel more than 48 hours before pickup for a full refund minus the service fee, 24–48 hours before for a 50% refund, or under 24 hours for no refund. Your deposit is always returned.
How do I list my car?
Apply from the Become an Owner page, complete verification, then add your car with photos, pricing, and availability. Every listing is reviewed before it goes live.
When do owners get paid?
Payouts run weekly for all trips completed at least 72 hours earlier, once the deposit window has closed.
