1. Using Cruzy
Cruzy is a marketplace connecting car owners with renters. By creating an account you agree to provide accurate information, complete required verification before booking or listing a car, and use the platform only for lawful purposes.
2. Bookings and payments
Prices, fees, taxes, and deposits shown at checkout are final at the time of booking. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy.
3. Owner responsibilities
Owners are responsible for keeping vehicle documents, insurance, and listing information accurate and up to date, and for making cars available as advertised. See our Host Policies.
4. Account suspension
Cruzy may suspend accounts that violate these terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent activity. Financial and booking records are retained regardless of account status.
